EDEKA VERY CLOSE - The operating business of EDEKA is divided into 7 sales regions. The EDEKA merchants who operate their markets in the sales regions are each organized in a cooperative. In northern Germany, EDEKA Nord is a clear leader in the food retail sector: with around 680 stores and a total sales area of approx. 777,000 m2.
