Gasnetz Hamburg GmbH, a company of the City of Hamburg, plays an important role in the energy transition of Hamburg as an industrial location, as it is responsible for securing large parts of the city's gas and heat supply.

With the motto "Strong together", the company shows in its second voluntary annual and sustainability report how it secures the energy supply of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in times of crisis, while continuously driving forward the shaping of the energy transition - for a green future for Hamburg!

In close cooperation with our sustainability experts, Gasnetz Hamburg has not only identified concrete sustainability goals for itself, taking into account the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, but has also developed a clearly formulated sustainability strategy and integrated it into the overarching corporate strategy. Packaged in a fresh design, the Gasnetz Hamburg report uses an energy band to highlight how the municipal company unites climate protection and sustainability with the people in and around Hamburg.
