Nordex

Nordex is a leading global provider of onshore wind turbines in the multi-megawatt class. The portfolio includes the development and manufacture of the overall system as well as extensive services related to the planning, construction and ongoing operation of the systems. Milestones in 2019 were the start of Delta4000 series production and the successful entry into the 5 MW class.

In the 2019 annual report, we advised and supported Nordex primarily with regard to the financial part of the report. In close cooperation with Investor Relations and the finance department, the management report was optimized in terms of content and language with regard to the specific information needs of the most important addressees. Wind energy is a global growth industry in transition. Regional shifts in demand as well as the urge to a reduction of cost of energy and more efficient systems characterize the market environment. That requires a clear focus on the essentials. Nordex takes this into account with its high level of innovation, operational flexibility and lean structures. This is also reflected in the annual report with its modern design and the selective but meaningful visual language.
