Reporting:
reports that get read
How do you make sure your report reaches the right people?
Companies invest considerable resources in their reporting. Even so, many reports end up unread in the PDF archive. That is rarely down to the content; usually it is the format, the structure and the question of who the report was actually written for. A report that works needs clear reader guidance, comprehensible messages and a format that suits the audience. Whether printed, digital or both: we develop reporting concepts that make content visible and communicate it purposefully.
How do you report digitally without having to produce an entirely new report?
Digital reporting sounds like a lot of effort. In practice it does not have to be. On the basis of an existing report, the most important strategic statements and KPIs can be prepared in a structured, machine-readable online format — accessible on all devices, findable for search engines and for the AI systems that investors and analysts already use today. With our OneDigitalReport this is easier than you might think.
How do you automate your content creation and reduce coordination effort?
Reporting projects rarely fail because of the content, but frequently because of internal review loops, manual data maintenance and error-prone workarounds. Editorial systems and automation solutions can reduce this effort considerably while lowering the error rate at the same time. We know the common tools, develop suitable workflows and implement them together with you. You will find an overview of our technology partners on our partners page.
How do you communicate ESG content so that it genuinely reaches different audiences?
Sustainability reports meet regulatory requirements. But they rarely reach all the audiences that matter to a company: employees, customers, suppliers, local communities, media. Those audiences need different formats, different language and a different focus. We translate ESG content from the report into communication formats suited to each audience: stakeholder brochures, social media content, internal communication, presentations and summaries for specific interest groups. In doing so we work closely with our ESG team which ensures the depth of content.
How do you use AI sensibly in corporate communication without losing quality and brand voice?
AI tools are changing the way communication is produced. Faster drafts, automated translations, data-driven text variants: the efficiency gains are real. So are the risks. Texts that sound like everyone else’s, brand voices that become diluted, content nobody has taken responsibility for. Using AI sensibly in corporate communication requires that brand, tone of voice and quality standards are clearly defined, and that AI is deployed as a tool rather than as a substitute for editorial judgement. We help you set up that deployment in a structured and brand-safe way.
Communication & brand:
messages that land
How do you develop a communication strategy that brings all relevant channels together?
Communication that works rarely arises from individual measures. It needs a strategy that understands who the audiences are, what moves them and through which channels they can be reached. Analogue and digital, internal and external, reactive and proactive. We develop 360-degree communication concepts that answer these questions systematically and translate them into concrete measures.
How do you ensure your brand is perceived consistently across all formats?
A strong brand is built through repetition and consistency: the same values, the same tone of voice, the same visual identity, across all channels and formats. In practice this is harder than it sounds, particularly when many teams, service providers and markets are involved. We develop brand identities and brand communication systems that ensure exactly this, from corporate design to messaging guidelines.
How do you gain data-driven insight into your audiences?
Communication decisions are often made on the basis of assumptions. Surveys and structured audience analyses show what is actually perceived, what is missing and where messages fail to land. That may be an investor perception study, an employee survey or a market analysis. We design, conduct and evaluate them, with analysis tools tailored to the question at hand.
How do you build long-term relationships with your audience through content?
Relevant content builds trust long before anyone requests a proposal or makes a purchasing decision. Blogs, specialist articles and editorial content are the most effective means of doing so, provided they are consistent and aligned to the right questions from the audience. We support strategy, editing and user-friendly presentation, with the aim of lasting followership rather than short-term clicks.
Employer branding,
internal communication and crisis communication
How do you position yourself as an employer that attracts and retains talent?
The competition for skilled staff is decided through perception. Companies that communicate their values, their culture and their development opportunities clearly and authentically have a structural advantage in recruiting and in employee retention. Employer branding is not an HR project but a communication topic: what makes this company a place where people want to work? Answering that question together and translating it into concrete communication measures is our approach.
How do you communicate internally in a clear and consistent way, especially in uncertain times?
Internal communication is often underestimated until a crisis reveals what is missing. Employees who understand where a company is heading and why particular decisions are being taken support change more readily. Clear, transparent messaging creates orientation and trust, even when the situation is difficult. We support the development of internal communication concepts and the creation of robust messaging for crisis situations.
How do you keep journalists, investors and stakeholders efficiently up to date with a newsroom?
Media relations depend on timeliness and accessibility. A well-structured newsroom that brings press releases, reports, images and statements together in one place makes editorial teams’ work easier while strengthening your own control over communication. We support the setup, maintenance and editorial content of newsrooms that make PR work measurably simpler.
