The INTERSPORT Sustainability Report 2022/2023 provides insight into the Group’s progress, ambitions, and challenges in the areas of Environment, Social, and Governance. It focuses on the question of how responsible retail practices can succeed between economic success, societal expectations, and sustainable change.

In collaboration with INTERSPORT, the content was clearly structured, assigned to the five defined areas of action, and presented in a comprehensible format. These areas – corporate governance, environment, products, employees, and society – form the backbone of the report. This makes it clear at a glance where sustainability initiatives are taking effect and where there is potential for further development.

The report’s design impresses with its modern, powerful visuals. Large-format photographs from the INTERSPORT universe create emotional impact without distracting from the content. The visual language strengthens the impact of the report and brings the topic of responsibility to life.

Rather than ignoring conflicting goals and limitations, they are transparently identified. The report demonstrates that sustainability in retail is not a linear development, but instead a complex process that INTERSPORT is actively shaping.

INTERSPORT is explicitly committed to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact and aligns its sustainability strategy with international standards of responsible corporate governance.

The result is a clearly written, visually appealing report that provides information and guidance and underscores the strategic importance of sustainable action within the company.
